Fully Insured Business
Foamapalooza LLC carries event liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for venues, schools, and corporate clients.
Parent / Guardian Supervision
All minors must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the event. Our staff operates the equipment and monitors safety zones, but does not provide childcare.
No Rough Play
Pushing, tackling, throwing foam at faces, and reckless behavior are prohibited. Foam is slippery — walk, don't run. We reserve the right to pause or end an event for safety violations.
No Harassment Policy
Foamapalooza maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior toward guests, minors, or staff. Violators will be removed and reported.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted only at adult-only events (21+). The host is responsible for legal compliance and intoxicated guests. Foamapalooza does not serve alcohol unless a licensed bartending add-on is contracted.
Foam Safety Disclosure
Our foam is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable. Guests with sensitive skin, eye conditions, asthma, or open wounds should consult a physician before participating. Avoid swallowing foam.
Photo & Video Release
By attending a Foamapalooza event, guests grant Foamapalooza LLC permission to use photos and video footage from the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
